We are delighted to celebrate the fantastic achievement of First Year student Maya Bletterie, who enjoyed a memorable victory this week with her club team, West Coast United.
Competing in the Galway Football Association U13 Division 1 and 2 Cup Final, Maya and her teammates delivered an outstanding performance to secure the title. The win marks a significant accomplishment for the team and is a testament to their hard work, determination, and team spirit throughout the season.
Based in Letterfrack, Co. Galway, West Coast United has built a strong reputation for developing young talent, and this latest success highlights the dedication of both players and coaches alike.
For Maya, this achievement is particularly special. Her continued commitment to sport both at club level and here in school is clearly paying off. It’s wonderful to see how the skills, teamwork, and experience gained through sport in King’s are translating into success on the pitch each weekend.
