Recently a group of F1 students attended the Children’s Book Awards at the International Literature Festival Dublin (ILFD).
The ILFD regularly hosts the prestigious KPMG Children’s Books Ireland Awards, which honour the finest Irish authors and illustrators for young people. The vibrant ceremony recognises excellence across six categories, including the coveted Book of the Year and the Junior Juries’ Award, chosen by children nationwide.
The trip provided a valuable opportunity for students to engage with a celebration of children’s literature and explore a wide range of books and authors.
