Welcome
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to The King’s Hospital School. Since joining the KH community in January 2025, I have come to know a school with an extraordinary sense of energy, belonging and possibility. Our students are at the heart of everything we do, supported by dedicated staff, engaged families and a strong community of past pupils.
KH has a proud history and deep traditions, but it is also a school that looks firmly to the future. Our values of Curiosity, Integrity and Compassion guide the way we encourage young people to learn, challenge themselves, discover their strengths and develop the confidence to make a positive contribution to the world around them.
My focus is on building on the many strengths of KH while continuing to create new opportunities for our students — in the classroom and far beyond it. Whether through academic life, sport, music, the arts, leadership, service or our extensive co-curricular programme, I want every student to have the opportunity to find what inspires them and to flourish as an individual.
What makes KH particularly special is the combination of opportunity and community: a place where students are known as individuals, encouraged to be themselves and supported to aim high.
I warmly invite you to explore our website and, most importantly, to come and experience The King’s Hospital for yourself. I hope you will discover a school where tradition and ambition come together, and where young people are given the opportunity to thrive.
