This year’s Transition Year trip to Killary was nothing short of unforgettable. Over the course of a few fun-filled days, our TY students embraced new challenges, formed lasting friendships and experienced the very best of outdoor adventure at Killary Adventure Company.
From the moment they arrived, the students threw themselves into every activity—whether tackling high ropes, braving the water or working together in team challenges. Their enthusiasm, energy and willingness to step outside their comfort zones made the trip a memorable highlight of the TY calendar.
A huge thank you to the fantastic staff at both Killary and KH for keeping everyone safe, supported and smiling throughout the week. Your guidance and encouragement made every activity that little bit more special.
And of course, a special shout-out to Marion, Maura and Clair for capturing the experience so brilliantly. Their great photos showcase the spirit of adventure and the joy shared by the group.
Overall, the TY Trip to Killary was a resounding success—filled with laughter, learning and plenty of adventure. We’re already looking forward to next year!
