Cricket Trinity Round Up

It has been another outstanding season for cricket at The King’s Hospital School, with our students enjoying success across a range of competitions and age groups.

The highlights of the season were the U13 A Girls’ League Final victory and the U15 A Girls’ triumph in the Leinster Super 6s Festival, which they won for the second consecutive year.

The U15 A Boys also enjoyed an excellent campaign, reaching the league final before narrowly losing to Wesley College in a closely contested match.

Across the term, The King’s Hospital School teams played an impressive 34 matches, with strong performances from boys’ and girls’ teams at all age levels. The Senior A Girls reached the league semi-finals, while a number of junior teams enjoyed successful league campaigns and important victories throughout the season.

Congratulations also to Maggie (F2) on her selection for the Leinster U14 Cricket Squad. Maggie will represent Leinster at the Northwest Cricket Union Festival in Derry this July, a well-deserved recognition of her excellent performances this season.

Thank you to all players, coaches, staff and supporters who contributed to another successful cricket season. We look forward to building on these achievements next year.
