We are delighted to celebrate Ouxu’s recent Erasmus+ exchange to Finland, an experience that provided an opportunity to share Irish culture while learning from a new international community.
During the exchange, Ouxu introduced fellow students to aspects of Irish culture, teaching them some Irish language and the Dreolín dance, as well as sharing his knowledge of the G.A.A.
The experience was also a personal highlight, with Ouxu being selected as one of four recipients of the Erasmus+ Hero award, recognising participants who demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and an outgoing spirit throughout the programme.
Reflecting on the exchange, Ouxu described it as an experience that has positively changed his perspective mentally, educationally and personally.
