On Tuesday 9th, we were delighted to welcome Nicola Ryan, mother of Lana Quintero (F1), to the school. Nicola brought Mattie, the Irish Guide Dog puppy that the family is currently training, to meet some of our Transition Year students who are fundraising for the Irish Guide Dogs.
Mattie, alongside Tanvi, charmed everyone with her friendly and playful nature, giving students a hands-on opportunity to learn more about guide dogs and the important work they do.
We are grateful to Nicola and her family for visiting and supporting our fundraising efforts, and for sharing this inspiring experience with our students.
