We are delighted to celebrate the success of past pupil Elliott Potterton (Class of 2022), who has been recognised as a rising star in Ireland’s property sector.
Elliott, of REA T.E. Potterton, was recently awarded Future Leader in Property at the prestigious Business Post Property Awards 2026. The award, presented by Shay Cloherty, Director of Revenue – Business Post Experiences at Business Post, recognises emerging talent demonstrating leadership, ambition and impact within the industry.
Judges were unanimous in their praise for Elliott, highlighting a commercial maturity beyond his years. His ability to identify and successfully negotiate complex, high-value property transactions has set him apart as an exceptional young professional. He was also commended for his strong judgement under pressure and his professionalism, with peers noting his passion, vision and natural ability to build meaningful relationships with clients.
Elliott’s achievement is a testament not only to his talent and dedication, but also to the strength of character and ambition fostered during his time at The King’s Hospital School. His success serves as an inspiration to current students considering careers in business and property and we look forward to following his continued journey in the years ahead.
