The King’s Hospital School was delighted to host the Form 2 Junior Rugby Rising Invitational Tournament for the second consecutive year, welcoming visiting schools for another exciting and highly competitive day of rugby.
The tournament brought together teams from St. Gerard’s School, CUS, St. Fintan’s High School, St. Patrick’s Classical School, alongside The King’s Hospital School.
Throughout the day, players demonstrated excellent skill, determination and teamwork, resulting in a series of closely contested matches. The standard of rugby on display was exceptionally high, reflecting the strength and promise of young talent across all participating schools.
Following a full day of competition, St. Patrick’s Classical School, Navan, emerged as deserving winners of the Rugby Rising Trophy, delivering an impressive and consistent performance across the tournament.
Overall, the tournament was a great success and continues to grow as a key fixture in the school’s sporting calendar, highlighting both the quality of junior rugby and the bright future of the game in Ireland.
