KHXC Cross Country Competition

On Friday 16th, we proudly hosted the third edition of the KH Cross Country (KHXC) Event, welcoming approximately 500 students to campus for an exciting day of competition. Runners took on multiple race distances along our newly designed course, which weaves across the pitches and through the woods, offering both challenge and variety in true cross-country style.

The event showcased fantastic determination and sportsmanship from all participants. Congratulations to Rowan-Alice Murphy (Form 5), who claimed victory in the Senior Girls category with an outstanding performance.

The cross-country action continued over the weekend in typical cross-country conditions at the West Leinster event in the Phoenix Park, where 39 KH students proudly represented the school. Competing against strong opposition, our athletes demonstrated resilience and commitment throughout.

Special congratulations go to Hazel Lacey (Form 4) and Ethan Roberts (Form 1), both of whom have qualified for the Leinster Cross Country Championships taking place next week. This is a fantastic achievement, and we wish them the very best as they progress to the next stage.

Well done to all students involved and to the staff who supported another successful chapter in the KHXC calendar.
