The King’s Hospital School community came together once again this week for another hugely successful bake sale in support of Beatrice, a medical student from Kabwe, Zambia.
During a recent school trip to Zambia, members of the KH community had the opportunity to meet Beatrice and learn more about her story. Following this visit, the school committed to supporting her so that she can continue and complete her medical degree.
Thanks to the incredible generosity of students and staff, yesterday’s bake sale raised an outstanding €290, with all treats selling out before the end of junior lunch.
