College Awareness Week was celebrated at KH with a range of engaging activities that helped students explore their options after secondary school. As part of this national campaign, the week highlighted the many pathways available and encouraged students to think about their futures and the opportunities ahead.
Throughout the week, students took part in daily Drop Everything and Discuss University sessions, which opened up meaningful conversations about college courses, careers, CAO choices, alternative pathways and future ambitions. These discussions gave students the opportunity to ask questions, share ideas and gain a clearer understanding of their next steps.
A highlight of the week was a visit from Eric Grendon from Bishop’s University in Canada, who spoke to students about studying abroad and the opportunities available at international universities. His talk provided valuable insight and inspired students to consider a wide range of possibilities.
