TY Students Support Lollipop Day

On Friday 27th, 43 Transition Year students from The King’s Hospital School took to the streets of Dublin to support Lollipop Day, raising funds for the Oesophageal Cancer Fund.

The students volunteered throughout the day, collecting donations and helping raise awareness for this important cause. Their efforts were met with great generosity from the public and the group successfully raised approximately €1,000 for the charity.

The school community applauds the students for their enthusiasm, commitment and dedication to supporting a cause that impacts so many families.

This event highlighted the school’s ongoing commitment to charitable work and civic engagement, giving students a hands-on opportunity to make a difference in the wider community.
