Form 2 science students were thrilled to have a visit from past pupil KHPPU (1980) John Burgess as he returned to his old physics lab today to talk about all things engineering.
John is Associate Director at Arup Engineering, specialising in energy management, and gave a great presentation to students on how engineering positively shapes the world around us but how we still have a way to go to protect our planet.
Students had lots of questions for John, and he certainly impressed on them how important their questions and ideas are, to ensuring a sustainable future.
