KH TY Students had an amazing trip to Berlin recently.
The TY city tour began with a visit to EastSideGallery, Holocaust Memorial, Reichstag, and BrandenburgerTor.
On day 2, students visited the Olympiastadion, which hosted the 1936 Olympic Games. They witnessed the preparations for a match day of Hertha BSC.
The weekend was busy with visits to historical sites like the Stasi Museum, Alexanderplatz, Topography of Terror, and Checkpoint Charlie.
The experience was somber but a powerful reminder of the importance of learning from the past.
