KH Form 2A Cricket Team Crowned Joint Leinster Champions After Thrilling Final

The Form 2A boys’ cricket team delivered an unforgettable performance in their Leinster Cup campaign, showcasing resilience, teamwork, and determination across two dramatic matches.

In a gripping semi-final against St. Andrew’s, KH set a target of 141 runs. The match came down to the wire, with St. Andrew’s appearing to edge closer to victory in the final overs. However, superb bowling and sharp fielding from KH turned the tide, resulting in a stunning 9-run win and securing a place in the final.

With little time to rest, the team faced Wesley in the final, held at St. Columba’s. In a hard-fought contest that tested both sides, the match concluded in a draw. As a result, KH and Wesley were named joint Leinster Champions.

Huge congratulations to the entire squad and their coaches, Mr Plummer and Mr Gibb, on a fantastic achievement!
