TY Students Raise €1,965 for the Hope Foundation
A group of 56 Transition Year (TY) students from The King’s Hospital School joined forces to support the Hope Foundation, a charity dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families in Kolkata, India. With collection tins in hand and a mission to spread awareness, the students ventured into Dublin city to engage with the public and encourage donations.
Their efforts were met with incredible generosity, raising an astounding €1,965 to support the foundation’s vital work. The funds collected will contribute to providing education, healthcare, and essential resources to children in need, making a tangible difference in their lives.
This event not only highlighted the students’ commitment to making a positive impact but also offered them a valuable opportunity to experience the power of community support and global responsibility.
A huge thank you to everyone who donated and supported this initiative—your contributions are helping to create a brighter future!
