On Tuesday, 6th June, we were delighted to welcome a group of 10 students and 3 teachers from Hungary as part of an Erasmus+ cultural exchange visit. The day offered a wonderful opportunity for the group to immerse themselves in Irish school life and build connections with our KH community.
The visit began with a warm welcome at reception before the students joined an Irish language class, giving them a taste of our national heritage. This was followed by a practical walking lesson, allowing them to explore the grounds and enjoy our beautiful campus environment.
After lunch, the group met with our Marketing and Admissions team for a short presentation on life at The King’s Hospital. Their visit continued with a Portfolio class alongside 4Q students, and they also had the chance to meet our Headmaster during this session.
It was a pleasure hosting the group, and we hope the experience provided a meaningful insight into Irish culture and education. A big thank you to all involved in making the day such a success, especially Viki for coordinating the visit and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable programme.
We look forward to more enriching exchanges like this in the future!
