The King’s Hospital School is a voluntary, Church of Ireland, co-educational, secondary school for boarders and day students, which offers a broad academic curriculum and a wide range of extracurricular activities.
Our ambition is to educate the next generation to lead the way, through strong Church of Ireland values, a natural curiosity and a life-long love of learning.
We endeavour to ensure that every student leaves The King’s Hospital School inspired, confident, resilient and prepared to take on the challenges and opportunities of our ever-changing world.
Since our foundation in 1669, we have upheld our values and ethos as laid down in our Charter, which is as relevant now as it was then.
We are a close-knit supportive community which was founded on the Christian values of compassion, respect and personal responsibility. We value inclusiveness and diversity, and welcome young people of every faith and nationality.
We are a thriving community where everyone can flourish.
