Between now and the end of the Hilary Term (March 26th 2021), our programme will continue online and we encourage students to keep participating and signing up for new activities or indeed letting us know if there are any additional activities they would like to see added to the schedule. It is important also to keep an eye on our social media pages for any updates or changes.
SPORTS AND EXERCISE
Daily exercise as part of a regular routine is so important for physical and mental well-being. We therefore continue to encourage everyone to try to accumulate at least 60 minutes of daily moderate to vigorous physical activity/exercise.
Our online offerings continue to include exercise, fitness, yoga classes, running club and hockey skills sessions. Students are welcome to sign up even if they don’t have any previous experience and to email email@example.com if they have any questions or queries.
Our Sports Graduate, Vicky Harris, has set another fantastic fitness challenge for the whole school community this week, March 8th to 12th - the KH CrossFit Challenge. This is a combination of body weight exercises to be completed in order in the fastest time. All details are in the students’ emails.

PERFORMING ARTS AND CULTURE
Our Extra-Curricular Activities Programme will continue online giving students the opportunity to take some time out after academic classes and connect with their peers.
Music and Speech & Drama lessons for Form 6 will take place onsite in the school. Lessons for Forms 1-5 will continue online.
