International/Regional success

Hockey

Annabel Sweetnam and Rory Govan (4th year) have both been selected to the Irish Under 16 Hockey squads, boys and girls respectively.

Rugby

Steven Walshe (5th year) and Hugh Perry (4th year) have been selected to trial for Leinster Rugby, at U19 and U18 level respectively.

Indoor Athletics

Glory Uzomefuna (1st yr) won 3 gold medals in the Dublin indoor athletics championships, in 60m sprint, high jump and long jump

Hannah Moriarty (2nd year) won 3 gold medals and 2 silver medals in the Dublin indoor athletics championships. They were in 60m sprint, high jump, hurdles, Shot put and long jump.

Indoor Rowing

Alexander Gillick who came 3rd in the U15 National Indoor Rowing Championships.

Rugby

Our SCT made it to the Vinnie Murray Cup semi final this year, which they lost to a very good CBC Monkstown team.

Our JCT lost to CUS in their Father Godfrey round 1 match, in what was a very close game against two pretty evenly matched teams. They were then drawn against Salesians in the Father Godfrey plate. They beat Salesians 27-12, and now take on St Gerards in the next round.

Badminton

Girls U19 Badminton team won their Dublin schools Badminton division.

Girls U14 Badminton team are into the final for their Dublin schools Badminton division.

Hockey

Boys 1st year A Hockey team are into the final of the Leinster 1st year hockey premier league. This is the 2nd year in a row we have made the final

Sen Girls 1st XI are currently 4th in their division in the Leinster Schoolgirls Premier league, with two games to play. If they get two positive results in their final two matches in the week after mid term, they will go through to the semi finals.

Basketball

Our 1st year 'Pink' Basketball team are currently unbeaten through their first 4 league matches. Our 1st year 'Purple' Basketball team have won 3 from 5 and are also in a position to go through to the semi finals.
